Well I had some very good times with this game and hate to post a negative thread like this but since I am bored here it goes anyway. My worst memory of this game is when I made a 55 Monk and wasted so much money into him only to have him get nerfed the following day when they kinda ruined it with the AOE aggro nerf. Dont get me wrong I have since used the 55 monk build many times over since its one of my favorite things to do in GW but to have it get nerfed like that the NEXT day that I created it was very dissapointing. Any other horror stories that you people have and would want to share plz do so here.

Been here, heard this whine a gazillion times. Aren't we way beyond the 55 nerf?

hey i have a friend her name is Shakti.. just saw your name so wanted to tell you..

Anyway to the topic.. Worst moment is finished NF and get to DOA , only to find out DOA is unbelievably hard.. Disappointed me..

.. wrost of all, they wont allow any Dervish in the groups..

Hey wouldn't it be ironic if somebody finds out an 8 man dervish team would pwn DoA.

I seen stranger things happen in this game.

Me when I was first starting and had extra gold:
"I know! I want to dye my monks drok armor black!" *buys 5 black dyes and dyes the armor black"
"...ewww... it looks bad black =\" *procceeds to re-dye it purple over the black*

Me first starting out:
"OH SNAP! Superior Vigor Runes give you +50 health! Hmmm... 5x50= +250 extra health =D! That would make me so hard to kill! I can't believe the rest of the n00bs who play GW haven't figured this out yet *grin*"
*procceeds to save up 150k to buy 5 sup vigor runes*
*Goes to alliance chat and says: "WTH? I put 5 Sup. Runes on my armor and my health only went up by 50"
*Guild Leader kicks me out the guild for embarassing her in alliance chat by asking that question*
*attempts to salvage the sup runes off; manages to get 2/5*

Me in FoW a long time ago:
"Haha! Finally got enough ectos to get my ele FoW armor... hmmm... the choices the choices... BattleMage Armor sounds kick---!" *Procceeds to buy battlemage armor*

Me more recently:
"Hmmm... I'm tired of my ele's FoW being purple... I want a more hard-core color... I know, Black!" *procceeds to dye armor black*
"........ $@#% it's still purple... WTH IS UP WITH ME AND PURPLE?!"
*Female character walks up to me and says: Why did you dye your FoW purple, you should dye it black, that would be kick---"*
Me: . . . . . . -_- . . . . .

Me in a more recent GvG:
*Monk dies while I'm getting a flag back at our base*
Me: WTH happened? Why is it taking so long to res her?!
Team: usdgfszngonigsnzgiknkglnkdsngknds;kgnl.nvksvsd
Me: Shut Up and Tell me what happened!
Team: *silence*
Me: I'm not making sense again, am I...?
Team: lol

Nah man when u waste 100 plus k and get him nerfed THE NEXT DAY it kind of stays with you for a while.

I don't have any really bad moments play wise. Worst moment though would have to be a guild I was in breaking up. We were all good friends at one point and things fell apart and we went separate ways. I found that to suck much more than the rest of my game experience.

Factions preview weekend was a big disappointment for me. BTW, this a is a forum, threads get recycled. That's how forums work.

When they changed HA altar objectives. Definitely the most disappointed I've been with Guild Wars. I could see at least some positives from heroes and 6v6, but the new objectives have no redeeming qualities.
